Golf is a demanding world: customers compare, read, hesitate over the right shaft, grind, grip. Corner Golf had the expertise; it needed a store that carries that standard - a sound e‑commerce base, a checkout that reassures, and the beginnings of measurable visibility so a niche market does not mean invisibility.

The challenge

Commercial potential was there, but technology held things back: catalogue to structure, product pages to make useful, checkout to clarify. The brief was not “a website” alone - platform, measurement and acquisition had to align so each visit could become a legible path to payment.

The response

Scoping then PrestaShop to lean on a proven e‑commerce core; journeys designed (navigation, product pages, cart, payment) with an obsession for clarity. In parallel, measurement and visibility foundations - analytics, SEO, first acquisition levers - enough to learn fast, not enough to choke the team.

What changed

A store that holds up technically, a purchase flow that reads in a few clicks, and instruments to see what pulls people in, what converts, and where to invest next - a base to grow without rebuilding the story every six months.
