Rôle

Client-side PM/AMOA connecting media promise, the Eklesia conversion page and commercial follow-up, with clear Nhood/agency/production coordination in ClickUp.

Le terrain

Contexte

AMOA for Nhood on the Eklesia programme (Domaine de Geneste, Villenave-d’Ornon): connect acquisition, conversion and commercial follow-up through one shared operating rhythm. Scope focused on priority journeys and content readability.

Mission

Build clear continuity from first media touchpoint to sales handling: assets produced by Compos’it agency, a dedicated conversion page aligned with the programme identity, and clean lead follow-up in Unlatch without message drift between channels.

Livraison

A conversion-led Eklesia page, AMOA trade-offs logged in ClickUp, and a clear coordination framework across Nhood asset page, campaign creative and commercial follow-up.

L'enjeu

Build clear continuity from first media touchpoint to sales handling: assets produced by Compos’it agency, a dedicated conversion page aligned with the programme identity, and clean lead follow-up in Unlatch without message drift between channels.

A conversion-led Eklesia page, AMOA trade-offs logged in ClickUp, and a clear coordination framework across Nhood asset page, campaign creative and commercial follow-up.

A real-estate launch is never about a single page. It depends on continuity between campaign promise, conversion proof and commercial processing. AMOA keeps that thread aligned.

Le parti pris

Liens et références

The challenge

Many scales coexist: local territory, short social formats, Google search, OOH, cinema. Without clear framing, each channel tells a different Eklesia story, and the conversion page stops supporting campaign efficiency. Leads must not disappear between ad capture and sales follow-up.

The response

AMOA scoping with Nhood covered the Eklesia WordPress template, editorial priorities (proof, CTA, project depth), coordination with Compos’it on messaging and deliverables, and alignment with the Unlatch path (capture, qualification, sales handover). ClickUp centralized content, creative and sign-off.

What changed

A shared view of the full journey, less friction between marketing and field sales, and traceable trade-offs. The programme page may be retired after the push; Unlatch remains the long-term relationship and commercial backbone.

Impact et résultats

  • End-to-end lead continuity. Multi-channel acquisition, conversion on the Eklesia page, qualification in Unlatch, then handover to sales with one shared language across stages.
  • Conversion-led Eklesia page. Proof, promise and CTAs aligned with the programme identity and the Nhood asset page.
  • Traceable AMOA steering. ClickUp as the spine between Nhood, production and media buying; Unlatch as the prospect follow-up system of record.

Sous le capot

Process & réutilisabilité

Eklesia is designed as one readable continuity: consistent media promise, aligned proof on the conversion page, and coherent commercial follow-through.

Cross-channel promise alignment

Promise, proof, continuity

Editorial framing prevents message drift between campaign touchpoints and commercial follow-up.

  • One validated message core is adapted per channel without strategic drift.
  • Creative variants are checked against approved promise and proof set.
  • Core proof points are synchronized across ads and conversion page before launch.

Orchestrated decision flow

Nhood, production, media

Decision timings are synchronized to reduce late feedback loops and conflicting priorities.

  • A shared ClickUp workflow aligns all contributors on one release timeline.
  • Owner/reviewer responsibilities are explicit for each content block.
  • Sensitive trade-offs (offer, CTA, qualification) remain traceable.

Lead-to-sales continuity

Acquisition, qualification, sales handover

Performance is measured on continuity quality, not only lead volume.

  • Lead-quality criteria are defined before handover to sales.
  • Conversion form transitions and commercial follow-up statuses are standardized.
  • Field feedback loops refine messaging and media prioritization continuously.

Project learnings

  • Real-estate launch value depends on continuity between media acquisition, conversion page and sales handling.
  • A commercial follow-up system becomes real leverage when fields, statuses and sales expectations are aligned from the start.
  • AMOA coordination reduces budget waste by limiting cross-team and cross-channel drift.

Recommended next steps

  • Standardize one tracking schema across media acquisition, conversion page, commercial follow-up and booking intent.
  • Formalize an audience-based messaging matrix to keep ad, conversion page and sales narratives aligned.
  • Run bi-monthly marketing + sales reviews focused on incoming lead quality.
