Rôle

Project management and WordPress delivery to structure clear multi-dealership journeys, connect offers/services and strengthen local conversion paths.

Le terrain

Contexte

Car dealership network (45 years of experience): trade-in, rental, broker, Suzuki. Multi-location sites in Cognac, Orléans, Saintes, Tonnay-Charente. Scope focused on priority journeys and content readability.

Mission

Deliver a clear showcase for a multi-site network (trade-in, rental, broker, Suzuki dealership) with a strong identity and consistent user journeys.

Livraison

Structured WordPress site, offers and locations highlighted, contact and quote journeys optimised.

L'enjeu

Deliver a clear showcase for a multi-site network (trade-in, rental, broker, Suzuki dealership) with a strong identity and consistent user journeys.

Structured WordPress site, offers and locations highlighted, contact and quote journeys optimised.

Multi-site automotive is UX chaos fast: each dealership has offers, stock, rhythm - but the customer should not guess where to click. Gabardos, with decades on the ground, needed one showcase that carries both the network’s story and the commercial pulse of the moment.

Le parti pris

The challenge

Four ways into the relationship - buy, trade-in, rental, broker - plus Suzuki identity, plus workshop and finance services: many doors to order without drowning visitors. The site must serve the local branch without fragmenting the brand.

The response

Scoping then bespoke WordPress with a multi-location structure: highlighted offers, vehicle search and contact that lead somewhere, services integrated where they reassure (maintenance, financing). Built so content can follow dealership reality.

What changed

An online presence that feels like a mature network: clean navigation, visible offers, simple contact - a showcase ready to age well as stock and campaigns move.
