The challenge

At the same time, we needed to turn editorial into acquisition fuel: align WordPress Edito & SEO with the PrestaShop catalogue, then optimise Facebook/Instagram/Google campaigns with reliable tracking to aim for ROAS x4.5 over 5 years.

The response

Strict scoping first, then a PrestaShop back-office built for commerce: product variants, delivery options, payment and microcopy in the right moments. WordPress is dedicated to Edito & SEO: content templates, structure and pages that answer search intent (guides, proofs, discovery). Everything shares a custom front end so the design and the journey stay consistent between editorial and purchase. On the growth side: conversion measurement, landing iterations and multi-channel optimisation (SEO + Facebook/Instagram/Google), enabled by a generic CI/CD flow to deploy, test and control each improvement.
