Client-side PM (AMOA) on the Maître Cochon (Sodiporc) showcase: scoping with the brand, coordinating vendors and product trade-offs - day-to-day steering in ClickUp, WordPress / PHP site. Scope focused on priority journeys and content readability.

Mission

Hold together appetising storytelling, regulatory nuance on ranges, campaign cadence and technical drops - without diluting the brand’s visual unity (including the signature CTA shape).

The challenge

Food projects live in the details: a misplaced product claim or off-brand CTA can cost reputation. With several contributors, briefs dilute fast. We needed an AMOA frame and a tracking tool - ClickUp - where every deliverable has an owner and a date.

The response

Journey scoping (brand, ranges, recipes, stockists), checklists for releases, regular checkpoints with teams and partners. The design system (pink, beige, black, SVG-shaped CTAs) is the non-negotiable reference for validating mockups and WordPress integrations.

What changed

Fewer implicit back-and-forths, clearer progress: campaigns and trade activations can follow without breaking site coherence.
