La Rochelle’s OPH site had to deliver that public service without drowning people in jargon - while making stock and office life visible.

The challenge

Three audiences, three levels of urgency: how to become a tenant, how to try for ownership, or simply find a resource (magazine, media library, news). Add housing geography by sector and complexity becomes a maze without ruthless information architecture.

The response

Functional and editorial scoping to prioritise journeys, WordPress as the backbone with React and Bootstrap components where interactivity or reuse pays off. Page patterns, news feeds, media library, key figures formatted to be read - not only displayed.

What changed

An office-agglo-larochelle.fr that genuinely helps people read their next step (tenant, owner, informed tenant) and gives weight to the Office’s work on the territory - on a stack teams can sustain long term.
